Are kids under 2 free?: No. We charge for all kids who interact with animals, regardless of the age. However, if a baby is going to be sleeping or in a stroller the whole time and not interacting with animals, then we do not charge. We go off of development rather than a strict age limit.

What happens if I need to cancel?:  Deposit is fully refundable if canceled within 30 days of the scheduled event. If short notice cancelation is made, the deposit will not be refunded but can be used towards another available date within 6 months.

Can I get a refund for my deposit?: NO REFUNDS on deposits. If you decide to postpone your event we will try our best to accommodate. If you choose to cancel your event, you MUST give us at least two weeks' notice and we will hold your deposit as a credit for up to 6 months. Credits may be used for any products or services offered by Wake Farms directly.

What happens if it rains?: You can choose to have the party despite the rain, in which case we may be able to move the party to our barn under a solid roof—depending on the number of guests booked for the party. We can also reschedule the party to a different date if given advanced notice.​

 

Disclaimer: We reserve the right to cancel services for circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to: animal illness, equipment failure, or sick employees) or due to extreme heat or extreme cold during summer and winter or when the weather could risk the health of our animals. If we need to cancel, you will receive a full refund of your paid deposit.

Can I bring my own food to my event? Yes, you can! Just let us know ahead of time. If you are planning on having a food truck for your party, let us know when you book your party. However, we DO NOT allow you to bring alcoholic beverages.

Do you allow smoking? No. We are a smoke-free business and don't allow smoking or vaping anywhere on our property.

Can I hook up a refrigerator for my party? No, we are not equipped to offer electricity or refrigeration for your party.

Can I bring balloons for my party? You may set up balloons or balloon arches outside of the petting zoo area, but no balloons are allowed in or near the petting zoo area. No balloon animals.
